Not the best but nor the worse. There is something about this place - the decoration suits a warm atmosphere but we didn’t feel the warmth. The staff is friendly and the food is good - but kinda overpriced ( I guess being in Belgium means you have to get used to these prices). We had a hamburger (nothing special -not many ingredients to choose from), a “Vlaamse rundstoverij” (carbonade a la flamande) that was exceptional, sooo delicious, a “Varkenswangetjes” (joues de porc ‘Brugse Zot’) that was very tasty as well and a ‘Witlof gratin’ that it had the potential to be good but was undercooked and you could tell it needed more time cause the sauce needed thickening - was like water. Everything was accompanied with a portion of fries (very tasty) and a salad. Good selection of beers. Important note: there is no menu in English, just dutch, French and German.

Loved being here to have a Belgian beer! We simply sat down here without looking too much at the menu as it was quite busy everywhere (summer of 2022) and it did not disappoint! The thing I enjoyed the most was the cute waiter robot that brought food and drinks inside.

the dining experience was great! some review said it’s a bit overpriced but i do not agree with it. food was delicious, service was great, decor is classic! even the bathroom is refreshing! the only downside was the robot, feel like they are a bit downgraded the whole classic vibes of the restaurant. but the overall experience was great!
